You don’t have to live at the lot the day we pick up, or the day we drop. Full breakdown at origin, full setup at the pad you name.
At pickup — full breakdown
- Retract slides, awnings, steps, and jacks
- Empty holding tanks; travel-level propane only
- Disconnect shore power, water, and sewer
- Stow antennas, TVs, and loose interior items
- Lock the unit for travel and photograph it
At delivery — full setup
- Level and stabilize on the pad you name
- Slides, awnings, steps, and jacks out
- Reconnect to existing power, water, and sewer if the pedestal is ready
- Walk the unit with you before we leave
What this does not include
Packing your clothes and kitchen. Dump runs away from the site. New electrical or plumbing beyond a standard RV pedestal that is already live. Site reservations are still yours. Most units add $375–$650 on top of the haul — check the box on the quote.
